Relationships with Regulators matter. That's why we use seasoned expertise that has been on both the regulator's and licensee's side of financial services oversight. This allows us to focus on what really matters.
In many respects, the ability to implement change is more important than the advice itself. Our specialist, Firinn, partners with clients on Strategic Business Operating Models, Business Transformation Implementation Advice, Business Transformation Assurance and Recovery, and provision of Senior Business Expertise and Capability for clients as deep Subject Matter Experts.
We will work with you on a peer-peer basis to provide the right advice for your circumstances and can augment or qualify any existing internal or external party advice you may already be receiving.
Our overarching goal is to leave our clients with right-sized operational capabilities, but the confidence to manage future changes independently.
Although we are vendor agnostic for any middle and back office technology solutions we recommend Jacobi as our preferred front office solution. Jacobi takes a storyboard approach to institutional portfolio design which ensures both investment strategy and outcomes are better integrated with Trustee needs and expectations.
